Residents and property owners are active members upon payment of the annual dues and shall be entitled to participate in and vote on all matters which shall come before the body for consideration. Each membership is entitled to one vote. Other individuals or business owners are encouraged to join as Associate Members to support the association but shall not be entitled to vote.
